WISE: Brazilian Women in cyberSecurity – Panel Program
We invite you to attend this first panel aimed at bringing together female students, researchers, and professionals in the area of cybersecurity within the scope of the group – WISE: Brazilian Women in cyberSecurity.
This is a joint panel with the IEEE Education Activities Board. Hence, the specific theme of this first panel is cybersecurity education. This panel is part of the technical program for the Brazilian Symposium on Information and Computer Systems Security (SBSeg) that will take place in Juiz de Fora-MG, Brazil from September 18 to 21, 2023.
The panel will be held on September 20th, 2023 from 5pm to 6pm (Brasília time) and we will have as panelists:
- Prof. Elisa Bertino – Purdue University
- Prof. Daniela Oliveira – NSF/University of Florida
- Prof. Jelena Mirkovic – University of Southern California
Prof. Michele Nogueira from Federal University of Minas Gerais will moderate the panel.
